Sex and Intimacy

Sex and Intimacy

Intimacy is complex.  Society brings with it, its own set of parameters and ulterior motives.  Masturbation, infidelity, polyamory, abortion – these subjects are at the heart of growing or stifling populations, encouraging or dividing families.

Scientific research supports that sexual expression is a part of a healthy lifestyle.  We’re designed to experience pleasure.  It’s a base biological driver – the positive chemicals released in our bodies helps with pair bonding for new relationships and newborns. It even encourages us to pet dogs.

All of these activities result in biological changes that release positive chemicals, such as dopamine and oxytocin in the brain.  This positive reinforcement encourages us to engage in the activities again and more importantly creates a cycle of positive behaviors that results in reduced stress and encourages overall health and wellbeing.

This cycle of positive reinforcement can also be interrupted.

Many factors can influence your decision to be intimate with yourself or a partner: fear, competing priorities, emotional conflicts, outside commitments, work, family, responsibilities.... The list can become as long as you need it to be.

Our sexual cycles aren’t clear cut and our path forward may appear all but obscured.

One thing is for certain – sexual health will positively impact the rest of your life.

I want to help you get there.  To give you back the control you need over your sex life and the knowledge to help you get past any hurdles you’re currently experiencing.

Let’s talk about sex...

          And where you see opportunity.

The Sexual cycle.

           And where you need support.

Our first platform is going to be a webinar - we're exploring podcasts and other delivery options to ensure we can have fun, provide valuable information and give you the security of a safe and comfortable environment to ask anything.

Our first topic-we're focusing on you.  Let’s find you the perfect match for your stimulation, focused on vibrators.

Don’t worry if your question seems different or off topic, submit it and we’ll figure it out together, in a way that’s comfortable for you.   Eventually we’ll delve into all things sex and intimacy related.
