Stand up for men’s health. Grow a mustache for Movember!

Did you know that prostate cancer is the most common non-skin cancer for men in America?  1 out of every 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer at some point in their lives and the older you become, the greater that likelihood is.

How willing are you to make that bet?

Age, family history and genetics play a role and diet and lifestyle are an opportunity to reduce your risk.

Develop a proactive healthy prostate plan.

Discuss options with your physician to see when screening is right for you. Typically between 40 and 50 you’ll want to start regular screenings, especially because you may not experience any symptoms.  Tumor development can proceed silently for years.

“get checked under the hood. Be a responsible grown-up:  Early detection is everything.”  the standup comedian Stevie Dupin suggests.
